So, does anyone know when the 1GB limit is renewed? I got my connection on the 18th of August, and downloaded ~275MB. Was the 1GB limit reset on September 1, or will it continue till 18th September?

Hey pupudada ,
I got connected on 1st September , and have downloaded about 200 MB during the nighttime unlimited period , but have now stopped beacuse the BSNL engineer I contacted is quite unaware of the unlimited scheme . Also I have read in some forum that BSNL will charge for torrent downloads regardless of the unlimited nightime period . How is your "experiment" going , have you received your bill yet . What the scenario , is the scheme on or what ......

maan.. please tell the officer of bsnl to check their website for these details. i just checked the online billing site.. the latest bill has not yet been uploaded. if `bsnl' charges for the data traneferred during the unlimit period, you can be rest assured that they will be dragged to the consumers forum. i do accept that they might have problems witht he exact amount of data transferred, hence i request everyone to keep screenshots of the usage from the relevant portal of `bsnl'.. when the latest bill is presented, i shall post the details in this site... Very Happy

hahaaha, i wonder how would bsnl spy on our torrent downloads.... is that really possible. The answer is NO. why do you thionk of that creative 2006 that torrent will get chargedd? ??? there is no way to determine for bsnl what software you use .

they can always check up the dictionary.. webster will give this result...

well they (bsnl) are giving 100 free sms per week.. 400 per month, so roughly a gift of rs.400 Smile
