Hi all,

I am currently using Reliance broadband connection. My dell laptop (D-420) with Windows xp professional SP3 is unable to detect Huawei modem. Can you please help me.

Some symptomps: Sometime if I restart my laptop then it detects sometimes not. I reinstalled SP3 once again but of no use.

Thanks in advance,

Didn't u get software cd with the modem ? If not, perhaps u should get it from reliance's website or contact them by phone.

I got it. I installed Reliance Brondband Net through that CD. I also have latest drivers downloaded through Dell website.

Still I do not know what the problem is as Huawei modem not gets detected..
