Here are the new plans from BSNL Bangalore circle. I think the Night Unlimited and Home 750 Unlimited are gone for ever.

Yup. I don't see much enhancement and happiness on these plans.

instead of extending NU hours, bsnl has started charging for them. Internet services in india are going down the drain. someone should really take care of that scumbag a. raja.

Looks like the world isnt "unlimited" anymore, huh? It has been not so "unlimited" for me ever snce I came here. "unlimited" here means 100 GB - if you exceed it, they boot you off the network.

And no - without internet you are as good as dead - no mapquest / google maps / google earth / email and other daily stuff we literally cant live without

i had forgotten the password for bangaloretelecom.com for online payment of bill. As per the website insturctions i had given letter at a service center, but no reply from them. how to get the password.

there is a lady who answer the phone and usually they respond at that no.

Bit off topic, didnt see a better place to post

Is anyone in bangalore Banaswadi area facing broadband connectivity problem from saturday ? My DSL Link is down, it doesnt sync at all.

Can you please help with a customer care number. called 1800 4241600, I choose "speak to customer care officer" and I am put in Q forever. never got through. I doubt whether this is working as they recently outsourced to private and nothing is in place yet I guess. Horrible guys....

Yes it worked, was fixed by evening. Thanks a lot...

Additionally the DGM office person asked to book a complaint by calling XXXX2198 bfone complaint IVR and chose option 5 (broadband problem) next time if any issues arise.

Note: XXXX is your exchange prefix. like in above case it would be 2286 2198
