Microsoft Fined For Abusing Power to Harass Pirates

Microsoft should be ashamed of itself. i think they have every right to sue copyright infringers, but filing a case in delhi court, hundreds of kilometers away from the accused is really bad. if they travel by air, they will have to spend 10-15 thousand rupees per hearing or more, maybe(except for the chandigarh guy). if they travel by train, they'll have to waste 3-4 days, due to travel time, and substantial amount of money too.

MS is digging its own grave through these actions.
