After 1 month, my observation is upload speed is rock solid 55-60kBps minimum all the time and on good occasions it reaches even 80-90 kBps.

i don't see the co-relation. The websites are opening normally albeit a little slow but why the speed has been reduced to exactly half unless bSNL has withdrawn the offer early ?

btw, on the bsnl website, i see the offer is valid upto 30.04.10. So isn't this a little early on the part of bsnl or am i misinterpreting the "upto" term ?
